Group Zoom Boys Puberty Classes (8-12 Years)
This puberty class is on Zoom for a group of a minimum of 5 boys with Nurse Netty as their nurse-led instructor. This puberty and life skills course helps boys understand their changing bodies while staying grounded in their family’s values. Boys learn how values influence goals and decisions, practice setting goals, and create healthy decision-making plans that support their future. Male puberty is explained in an age-appropriate, respectful way, including physical, emotional, and hygiene changes. Boys also learn how their reproductive system works. Designed to support private kid-parent conversations, this course builds confidence, knowledge, and lifelong life skills in a safe, nurse-led environment in your own home.

Bundle Class #1
This puberty and life skills course helps boys learn tools to manage going from a boy to a man. Boys learn how values influence goals and decisions, practice setting goals, and create healthy decision-making plans that support their future. Next female puberty is explained in an age-appropriate, respectful way, including physical, emotional, and hygiene changes. Boys also learn how the female reproductive system works and learn about menstrual cycles. Understanding the female reproductive allows empathy toward their female counterparts and allows Nurse Netty to put it all together to build on concepts in session #2
Bundle Class #2
The boys come back together to discuss their own transformation with male puberty. Male puberty is explained in an age-appropriate, respectful way, including physical, emotional, and hygiene changes. Boys also learn how their own reproductive system works. Next, the female reproductive system is reviewed. A discussion of sexual intercourse and how the sperm and egg come together is explained. An introduction to pregnancy is given. Lastly, a discussion of what it takes to become a successful man engages a parent-son conversation which reviews the boy’s goals in session #1 and how to stay on track during this time of transformation.
Bundle Class #3
This nurse-led course provides clear, age-appropriate education on sexually transmitted infections, beginning with how germs spread and the difference between bacteria and viruses. The boys learn about STIs by understanding categories of severity, common bacterial and viral infections, how they are spread, signs and symptoms, and that testing is the way to diagnose an infection. The course also introduces birth control by explaining why it is used and organizing methods into hormonal, barrier, behavioral, and other categories, including effectiveness rates and STI protection. Through guided role-playing, the boys practice giving healthy, informed advice to peers, building confidence, responsibility, and strong decision-making skills.
Bundle Class #4
This interactive, nurse-led course helps students build awareness and confidence in navigating electronic devices and social media in healthy, responsible ways. Through visual discussions, the boys explore the advantages and challenges of technology while learning practical strategies for online safety and understanding their digital footprint. The course addresses social media use, cyberbullying, appropriate content sharing, and staying safe when gaming or interacting with strangers online. The boys also learn how the brain responds to gaming, how addiction can develop, and the importance of taking regular breaks to support mental health. The boys examine their online presence and learn how to intentionally present themselves in positive ways that align with their goals for school, college, and future careers.
